I wanted to thank you for a fabulous day in Borrowdale last week.
Peter and I had a great time. It’s been a while since I have done any rock climbing and the route you selected was just perfect. I think if it had been any harder, I might have been in trouble. But it was just the right grade, easy enough to give me confidence but hard enough to make me think and sufficient exposure to make the heart race.
And it was nice to catch up….
Best wishes and I hope we can do some more together next time we are in the Lakes.
Thought you may like to know that Al and I have been putting your training into use in North Wales. Grade 2 and 3 scrambles. Thanks again. Hope you’re well. Ben
We both really enjoyed coming up and learning the alpine skills last week and have been having a practice at some of the crevasse rescue bits since.
Thanks again for a great day out; loved every minute and your guiding was top notch! Looking forward to Skye but will get some training in first!

It was a brilliant day. Loved it.
Absolutely loved it. I think we both got what we needed. You pushed me just enough and
I managed more than I realised I could.
Thanks again for leading our day in the Lakes. This trip has lit a fire within us and we can’t wait to do some more bouldering and get out of London for some more walking/climbing.
Thank you for organising the weather and giving us such a good day out. The only disappointment was missing out on your fruit cake! (Travel plans left no time to stop for tea and cake at Bare Syke this time.)
